Manchester United need an Arab sheik or a Russian oligarch to solve their current crisis, according to a self-made Salford millionaire who came close to buying the club a few years ago.Fred Done believes a £2billion buy-out by an Arab or Russian billionaire, like Sheik Mansour at Manchester City or Roman Abramovich at Chelsea, is the only way the team can get back on track.
